Welcome to the Kaye & Marie Network. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for and/or using the Kaye & Marie Network, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.
2. Membership and Subscription
Subscription Fees: Membership fees are charged monthly and are subject to change. We will notify members of any changes in subscription fees.
Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
Cancellation: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Access to Content
Course Content: Members have access to various courses, including The Roadmap 3.0, with new modules released weekly.
PLR Products: Members receive an initial set of 8 free PLR products. Additional PLR products are available for purchase through a rotating selection each month.
Coaching Calls: Membership includes two weekly coaching calls. Additional 30-minute focused coaching sessions are available for purchase.
4. Use of the Platform
Personal Use: The platform is for personal use only. Members may not share their account with others or use the content for commercial purposes without permission.
Conduct: Members are expected to interact respectfully within the community. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in account termination.
No Promotions: Members are not allowed to promote other products or services within the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content on the platform, including courses, PLR products, and materials, are the intellectual property of Kaye & Marie Network. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.
License: Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal purposes.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific results from using our platform. Success depends on various factors, including individual effort and market conditions.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaye & Marie Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any member's access to the platform for violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other policies.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
